How It Works

Simple, repeatable architecture: Qualify any time during the month on reserved bays → Finals Night on the second Saturday.

Identical Full Swing Pro 2.0 settings keep play fair across all four bays.

Qualifiers

1st of the month → the Friday before Finals. 9–18 hole formats, reserved qualifier blocks on 2 bays for throughput.

Finals Night

Second Saturday monthly. Two waves (4:00–7:30 & 7:45–11:15), live leaderboard, CTP + Long Drive, trophy table.

Flagships

Spring Open (36), Match Play Cup (Jun–Sep), Club Championship (36), Fall Team Cup Final. Prestige formats with bigger prize tables.

Finals are always the second Saturday. Qualifiers end the Friday immediately before.

Spring Open - 36 Holes

18 Sat + 18 Sun. Cut to Top 8 after 18 for seeded tee on Sunday. Trophies + house credits + low-round/CTP bonuses.

Match Play Cup

32-player Net bracket seeded off June index. Weekly deadlines; ties by closest-to-pin playoff. Live Final on Sep 12.

Aug 29–30

Club Championship—36 Holes

Gross Championship (Open) + Net Club Champ flight. Eligibility via series points, Major wins, or committee invite.

Oct 31

Fall Team Cup Final

Teams of 4; Oct group stage (9-hole better-ball). Final = aggregate stroke + captain’s choice 3-hole finish.

Divisions & Indoor Handicap Policy

Divisions

  • Open Gross (no handicap)
  • Open Net (indoor index)
  • Women’s (combine unless ≥10, then split)
  • Senior 50+ (fold into Net unless ≥10)

Indoor Handicap Policy

  • Provisional for new players (GHIN conversion or self-declare → convert after 2 tracked rounds).
  • Rolling index: best 3 of last 6 indoor rounds (sim-captured), weekly updates.
  • Net guard: Finals improvement capped at −3 vs index; beyond → committee review.
  • Team net: 80% of individual index (Scramble: 25/20/15/10 by A/B/C/D).

Pricing & Payout Model

Entries

  • Qualifier entry ≈ 1× posted off-peak bay rate per player (9–18 holes by format).
  • Members: −15–20%. One re-entry at −25% (best score counts).
  • Finals admin fee: $20–$30 (covers staffing/awards) or sponsor-comped.

Payout & Sponsors

  • Payout blend: 60–70% to house credits/merch/trophies; 30–40% retained.
  • Major presenting: $750–$1.5k • Flagship title: $1.5–$3k • CTP/Long Drive: $250–$500.
